Cedar is the best natural answer. As to the holes the moths caused, many cleaners, offer 'Invisible Mending'' but it would depend on the article of clothing you have.
You may want to try repairing it yourself, if the hole is not really all that visible.
At least you can check on the costs of repairing your clothes, and decide if it is worth the money to do so.
